I have tried and tried every suggestion on the thread you gave me; nothing has worked. The free downloads did not work; Do I have to register for the full program and pay for it? I have windows uninstaller on my computer list of programs now, but I don't know how to access it. All I get is an "add or remove" option for it. I know computers are not my thing, but this is ridiculous. Any more suggestions? Thanks
