    You need to remove the registry entry O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [dwm] "C:\Users\sbash22\AppData\Roaming\Google\dwm.exe"

    once you do that reboot and delete "C:\Users\sbash22\AppData\Roaming\Google\dwm.exe"
