    Hi Shyla, you'll want to post this to the forum instead of to me directly. All I can think of is that this might be a driver problem. Presuming that you have Windows XP, go to your Device Manager and delete the CD-ROM drive; reboot and see what happens.

    Hi I am having problems with my CD ROM drive on this laptop computer a nd need some help understsnding what's going on. My computer tells me the drive is ok when I check it but, when I go to use the drive I get the error message Incorrect Funtion and this PC is out of warranty and Toshiba wants big $' signs when I contacted them about the problem. Can you help me?
