    nearly retired Engineer/Ships captain/marine architect/ surveyor/ship,and Yacht builder/ electronic whiz kid of the 1950's

    Win 98 and now unfortunately Vista. Finally forced by MS loading vista with updates to terminate that system. still using 98 on an old but faithfull machine with limited capability. now installed Win 7 ultimate on laptop, nearly as good as vista during its first week, but many odd problems.
