    I have no idea why that would happen to you, most propably you'd need some kind of a program to access it. Search the manufacturer site for such things if you don't have any disks that came with it.
    Of course the player could just be faulty. Try formating it, if possible. (right-click, format...)

    hello BG-0, i need help with my portable usb mp3 player it looks like an ipod shuffle. when I insert it to my laptop it says no disk and I am not sure what the problem is but i think I am not having access to it please help me
