- If you need help with DVDs, video conversion, photography, writing, web design and SEO, I'm probably somebody you'll want to talk to. I'll gladly help people, and am quite nice, Just understand I'm brief, brutally honest, and no-BS. If "no" or "yes" adequately answers the question, that's the answer I'll give. If it needs more, I'll type more. If you did something dumb, I'll tell you. If you did something excellent, I'll tell you. Don't let it get you mad (if bad), or give you a big head (if good), comments are always meant to be constructive. You want help, and I don't mind helping you. However, TSG doesn't pay me, I do this of my own free will on my own time, so have patience. If I'm away on business, it can take weeks to answer. If I'm online when you ask, it may be mere minutes before I reply! Realize that owning a computer, camera or VCR does not qualify you to do professional media services, so I often refer certain work be done by pros. If you're a business, stop being cheap and avoid do-it-yourself methods -- seek quality products from professionals, as you expect your customers to do. I've had to be more aggressive about this in recent years, because some people just don't get it. Cheap homemade junk reflects badly on your business!
