I suggest uninstalling norton, its not that great anyway and its just a memory hog and money waster. U can download the Avira Antivirus for free, its what i use for my system. Run the scan and quarantine the infected files so that it cannot perform any harmful tasks on your computer. (one quick note on using avira: when deleting quarantined items, make sure they are not part of system or core files. and when using avira, make sure if u ever go to delete some temp files, do not delete the avira one or u will lose hard drive space and will have to reinstall avira to get it back and get avira running again. I hope this helps u a little bit. If u have any more questions dont be afraid to ask me, im really in deep to security and ethical hacking so i know both sides.
