    I have a Dell Inspiron 530S with windows XP. I have i tunes that worked fine. You can listen to sample music for 30 seconds. I had verson 8. Then up dated to verson 9.0, that is when my problem started. Now when I listen to their sample music, it stops and starts every 2 to 3 seconds. That is the pits. I up greated to 9.0.2, I think, but made no difference. Do I need to uninstall it all and reinstall verson 8.0 to resolve this problem? Will I loose all my download music? I get no answer from apple or i tunes. NEED HELP PLEASE. Thanks. How you can solve this
