    I am experienced in assembling and maintaining high end systems and servers for Dell, have fully setup a 60+ cat5e network, including installing all cables and nodes.
    I have used and have advanced knowledge in using remote desktop and monitoring software such as GoToAssist and LogMeIn.

    I am also competent in managing online customer service software such as Live2Support and LivePerson.
