I have a friendly, confident personality, am willing to learn and always look to improve myself. I am a quick thinker and take things in my stride. Computers and computer technology have been my love since early childhood and I can’t see myself doing anything else.

I am experienced in assembling and maintaining high end systems and servers for Dell, have fully setup a 60+ cat5e network, including installing all cables and nodes.
I have used and have advanced knowledge in using remote desktop and monitoring software such as GoToAssist and LogMeIn.

I am also competent in managing online customer service software such as Live2Support and LivePerson.
My computing skills include the ability to program using various computing languages and develop software using these.
