Hi. I am being killed by the MS JUAN virus. I am not new to computers but am new to anything having to do with this type of thing. I've tried reading some posts and see that you might be the one who can help me. I'm sure I am not going about this in the right way but I got confused as to how and where to post so I thought I'd just go to the source.
