i just wanted to let u ahead of time that i only have 8 more days to fix this problem. This problem is on my pc, becuase of this i bought a new laptop for my college. I will be leaving for my college in 9 days...i am in the process of packing and etc. So i wanted to let u know that and that if wanted to fix this problem then it will be back in november or december since that will be the time i will come back home...So thanks for helping and i hope we can resolve this issue in these 8 or so days

Hi. I am being killed by the MS JUAN virus. I am not new to computers but am new to anything having to do with this type of thing. I've tried reading some posts and see that you might be the one who can help me. I'm sure I am not going about this in the right way but I got confused as to how and where to post so I thought I'd just go to the source.

Let me know if you can help and how I might proceed. Thank you so much! I am really super lost. I'm not sure what "logs" people are talking about.. it looks super complicated....
