    I had the same problem with "isus.msi" but solved it by having my computer search for the term. It found it in c:\program files\WordPerfect Office X3\cabs.
    I guess therefore that the problem is caused by the installation of a program, perhaps a program where updating is flawed or cut off. In any event, I suggest that you ignore what the message says about the location of the file "isus.msi" and simply do a search of your computer files to find where it is located. Once it is tracked down, then follow the instructions on the message except for location.
