Backup Computer
Can someone please guide me through a free method of backing up my hard disk drives to DVD's. Thankyou.

Sometimes, you get what you pay for. I suggest spending $30 and using a real imaging utility.

I would just copy files and folder with important pictures, music, and other documents to DVDs. Then you can easily access them and make sure that everything is there. Can you spread a disk image across multiple DVDs with True Image?

It's supposed to do that, but some folks have reported issues. Personally, I backup to either network drives or USB drives, DVD's are much too slow for me to do a full backup, not to mention the disk changes.

Yes, although they're good for small off-site backups.
