I have just splashed out on a Sony Bravia 40" HD LCD TV and a "compatible" Sony Theatre System DAV DZ 830W. I have connected to my Sky + box (Not got HD yet!) as follows (excl speakers, which are working fine) :-

Skart from Sky to TV
Skart from Theatre to TV
Aerial coax out from Sky to TV

HDMI from Theater to TV
Audio pair from Theatre to TV


I find that the sound & picture are controlled independently - I have to select the "Sat" on the home theatre but then have to select the picture to AV2 to see Sky programme. Surely I should be able to do this with one button?.
Sonys helpline didn't!

Any advice?
