the phone works fine, all the functions work.. The problem is that when you try to 'add a contact' or type a text messege the phone when the first letter is entered ,the cursor stops blinking and the buttons do not respond oh and the Tmobile logo is upside down on the cover. Entering a number does not cause the problem, only letters..

motorola's phones are not very reliable. i had the V180 a few years ago and it broke on me the day after i got it. so 4 replacements later i found out i was getting refurbished phones and that it was a defective model. also they take forever to charge as opposed to my nokie which took 45 minutes when it was dead
