Question xbox modification question
I wanted to mod my xbox original by installing a mod-chip. I already have the chip, and now before I begin I have one problem. I have Xbox LIVE (xbl) and have heard that people who mod their xbox can have their xbl account banned.

I really don't want this to happen to me when I mod my xbox. The only game I really play on xbl is Halo 2, and that is the game I plan on modding too. I wouldn't mod for cheating, just for fun, and also I probably wouldn't mod on LIVE.

But Halo 3 came out recently and I've heard a rumor that Bungie doesn't ban people who mod anymore (because no one "supposedly" plays Halo 2 anymore). I really want to mod but don't want to get banned. So does anyone know if, when I mod, my account will get banned from Xbox LIVE or not?

Thanks, and replies are greatly appreciated.
