Problem setting up tv
Hi I was wandering if anyone could help. I recently obtianed a tv from my employer and it is a commercial tv made by PHILLIPS model # 32ST220P/17 it is listed as a smart card tv. The problem is that there were 19 tvs and only one setup remote. I borrowed the setup remote and the menu option I needed was missing. The option I was supposed to find was a PROPLUS MENU option. without this option I can not unlock the tv to consumer mode. I talked to phillips and they sugested a rep come down and hook the tv up to a clone box (I have no idea what that is) I was just wandering if anyone knew of any other options to unlock the tv to consumer mode due to there are 18 other people with this problem thank you for your time
