creative zen and windows vista
I have a new HP computer with Windows Vista and it will not recognize my daughter's Creative Zen Micro. I have checked the Creative website and don't see a patch for Vista. I did find something about updating the firmare but it can only be done with XP and since I no longer have XP, I don't know how to update the firmware. Anyone have any suggestions or have had this problem?
Thanks.

Find someone with XP to update the firmware. Contact Creative and ask them if the firmware will help.
