I was thinking of buying a new portable electronic device that I can use do to lots of things similar to a laptop (not as that complex tho) and still be able to fit it in my pocket. I want something with a lot of features, or at least something that is very upgradeable, and also customizable, and susceptible to modifications. Also I definitely want it to be able to have networking features.

I was thinking of a PSP maybe because I heard that it was very customizable, had lots of networking features, and you could also put operating systems on it (like linux). Also for the networking features I want the device to be able to connecting to wireless networks, instead of having to pay for a service like a cellphone; so I'd like the networking feature to be similar to that of a laptop in the way it can connect to WAPs if you know what I mean. I'd also want to be able to use it for hacking (legally because I'd use it just for my own systems (so don't freak out when u hear this, moderators)).

I would like to hear lots of people's suggestions about this topic, and if they would recommend if a PSP would be the kind of thing I'm looking for. Thanks for replies and much appreciation.
