Blackberry Sync time discrepancy

I have a Blackberry 7750. I am syncing with Outlook 2003. Some of my times are off by one hour when I sync. Also when I sync, the time dipalyed on my blackberry home page always reverts back to being off by one hour. I thought it had something to do with the new daylight savings time thing but it's still doing it. How can I reconcile these issues?
