ipod movie problem

ok...so i have the newest ipod nano 8 gb

i have tv shows and one movie on it

im trying to put Superbad on it, but the movie is in sections, because i ripped them off youtube.

there is about twelve 10 minute sections, well the first 4 went on fine, but an error message comes up when trying to sync the 5th one...does anyone know what the problem could be??
