XBox 360
My sons Xbox cannot be repaired due to the 3 ring hardware failure. Microsoft have extended the guarantee period to 3 years from date of sale but it would cost me about $200 to send it back to the States for repair, they say they will pay shipping but should I trust them? They say the offer is for Global cover yet our country is not on their menu.

Do that, and if its that much of a concern take the exact email reply that is signed and dated by Microsoft print it out and mail it to yourself without opening it, my neighbor did this once with a sony camcorder, they tried to do this to him but he had a document that was dated by sony and the post office.
