Recording keyboard using PC
Hey,

I have a Roland EXR-5 keyboard i am just wondering how i can record things i play onto the pc. Cheapest would be best.

It has:

1 x MIDI In
1 x MIDI Out
1 x Output R
1 x Output L/Mono

What kind of audio and/or midi inputs do you have on your computer? Describing you computer as "Rubbish" rather than giving specifics is not very helpful to us.

If your sound card has a stereo line input (typically a light blue color 3.5 mm mini jack), You would need a suitable cable from your keyboard to the sound card. A free program like Audacity could be used for recording and editing.
