HELP NEEDED, I understand that you can get banned from a forum by looking at your ip address. What else do they look at. To be quite honest, I was banned because they took something I said as an insult. I am not even able to get back on to say I am sorry. I am on a wireless laptop and logged onto my neighbors router ( with his permission ) and it changed my IP address. But I still am banned. What else can I do???
