Solved: Motorola Q9h global (from AT&T)
I have an essentially new Motorola Q9h thats being difficult. I got it in May and had to send it in for a warranty replacement. I have the replacement phone (I think it was a refurbished one, not sure) and its acting all screwy now.

I try to connect it to my computer and it says "USB Device Not Recognized".

It worked two days ago and I'm not sure what happened. The only thing that has changed with the phone is that I was testing out an older phone of mine I was going to sell on eBay and found some numbers in it that I had lost, so I copied them to my SIM card.

I've done a master reset and a master clear on the phone and nothing seems to be working.

On a side note, the phone got scratched up in my pocket and I was wondering what is recommended to repair the scratches. I've heard that the TAP Plastics Novus polish works pretty good as well as Brasso polish.

EDIT: Solved, it was the USB port giving me the problems. I don't know why I didn't think of it.
