My Creative Zen is frozen and it won't turn off.

Can someone help me?

There is a little Reset button on the bottom, but I'm afraid that'll delete all of my music.

This forum was a pretty good choice but your choice of subject line could have been better. A lot of people are very busy and only look at the list of subjects to see which ones they be able to offer advice. Since most people come to TSG looking for help, any kind of generic "Help Please" subject will get lost in the crowd. A more specific subject line like "Creative Zen Player is Frozen" might get the right person to assist you.

Anyway, can you please let us know the exact Creative Zen model that you have?
