Xbxo 360 Can't connect to Controller Visa Versa

My controller of a sudden does not want to connect to my xbox heres my video of what it does please can someone help me ive just brought some new games and xbox live and can't use it

Oh and I have already contacted microsoft but they said they will have to send it off AGAIN but i literley recieved the xbox today.
I KNOW I SPELT XBOX WRONG
