iTouch and Skype or any other like services
So I've been thinking about getting Skype on my iTouch but I'm pretty sure the only type I'd be able to call on Skype is when I have local WiFi huh?

You should be able to use Skype whenever you have an Internet connection. Obviously, without a connection, it won't work.
