Can I copy and play music ripped from a CD?
My computer's CD writer is broken but it's still able to copy files from CDs. I know it sounds odd...
But anyways, I'm trying to transfer music files from a legitimate CD onto my external hard drive and then copy the files onto another computer. Will I be able to play the music files on the other computer? Or since the CD was protected and the files are MPEG-4, will it not work?

Copying the CD involves breaking copy protection and we can't assist with that so I'm closing this thread.
