LEXMARK 3-in-1 compability with Dell Inspiron 530
Is a Dell Inspiron 530 - E5200 compatible with a Lexmark X2650 3-in-one (can copy, print and scan)? At present I have a laser Lexmark E210 printer and bought a special cable, plugged it into a port and am able to print material. I have need for a scanner and saw ads for 3-in-one Lexmark machines at good prices.

Many thanks for any help you can give.
