Comparing Flat Screen TV's
HI,

I am looking to buy a Flatscreen TV around 22" for around £200. I want to be able to watch Freeview and also sometimes plug in my computer.

I have found these two :

http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/...A3P5ROKL5A1OLE

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Samsung-T220...ref=pd_cp_ce_1

Both are described as monitors with TV tuner. What is the difference between a "monitor with tv tuner" and one such as this

Out of the first two which is the better of the two. Or would i be better going with the last one?

Hope this makes sense.

Thanks

I notice they're careful not to tell you what resolution they run at.

I'd want 1080p if I was going to use it as a monitor as well, for instance.

Hi,

Thanks for the replies so far.

I like the first two but was wondering which you would recommend of the two?

They seem to have very similar spec

Well, I'd certainly pick from the first two, since they're both 1080p, and the other one is 720p, so it's lower resolution.

If it were my money, I'd take the Samsung, I've developed a low regard for LG stuff recently.

Anyone else got an opinion as to the better one?

I noticed that the LG claims to have a 20000:1 image ratio in the spec but in the title says 1000:1 ??
