Lexmark 2500 Printer
I have a Lexmark 2500 printer that has been working fine until yesterday. When I try to print, I get a message that states there is a connection problem. I have checked the connections and are plugged in and re installed the printer software. What could be the problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to TSG:
Think I might take a look into device manager.Probably around the USB devices/controllers,looking for error indicators and making sure that all entries show working properly and enabled.

Sometimes a device uninstall/re-install(probably in safe mode) cures quite a few ills.
If the printer came with it's own uninstall exe,I would use that.
