Kodak 5500 printers
Hi Guys,
can anyone help before I throw mu printer through the window
Problem?? I simply canot get my black "colour" to print out,
i have tried running the cleaning head,and have just tried a new black cartridge but no luck what so ever any suggestions will be gratefully received

I have a 5300 that someone gave to a friend of mine he gave it to me it would not print. I went to Kodak support and they sent me a new print head free

Hi sqjerry,
I took your advice,contacted Kodak and they are now sending me a new printhead they told me that they only last 6 months!!!
