My sister forgot her password
Hi, recently my sister forgot her password for her acer laptop it is running with windows vista. i tried to do a system wipe that way it would not have a password but i forgot i needed the password to do that. Does anyone have any idea of how to recover the password or a way to wipe the computer without having to use a password.

Its in the rules you can not ask that,
I would suggest she take it back to where she got it from, or look up the case that the original operating system came in, it should be on there. Do it the legal way
