avg
Have tried to get rid of avg through control panel,,,,, after it having been done and reboot,,,,,,,,,,,, it is all but gone,,,,,,,,,,,,,, but left behind an avg tool bar.

According to programs installed avg should not even be on my commputer

Go to http://www.avg.com/download-tools
32 bits and 64 bits removal tools available
I think this will take care of your problem.
