Unhappy Printer issue
I have a Sony Digital Photo Printer UP-DR200 which prints 4x6's and a Kodak professional 9810 digital photo printer which prints up to 8x10. Recently my prints have been getting stuck cropped to the 4x6 size even when I'm printing to the Kodak. When I print the 8x10 the image will be cropped to a 4x6 print and printed in the upper left hand corner of the paper. The only way I've been able to fix this so far is by flipping back and forth between the portrait and landscape paper set ups a few times. What is going on and how can I fix it?

hmm, have you looks in printer settings or printer set up? maybe theres something their to adjust printer specs, also maybe the place you are pressing print from, is set up to your kodak settings, so you need to configure setttings from where your printing from
