please help. i cannot get the driver to install for my canon MD140 camcorder. i need to do some capturing with adobe cs3 , but the capture window shows that the device is offline. i checked the device manager, and there is a
yellow ! i try to download the driver, but it tells me that the software cannot be found. this an urgent request please . what should i do??

download software from camcorder website(driver downloads)do not connect camcorder.install driver software.connect
camcorder.(make sure it is on).windows should install driver.

thank you, but after i downloaded this huge file, which seems to be for images, i still cannot capture in adobe cs3. i am sure that windows is not installing this driver. i am so desperate, because i have editing to do for a customer. can you please tell me what to do now. am i missing some windows file perhaps. the driver was installed, and has an icon on the desktop. thanks.
