Does anyone know what a Sony HD 300k pikels digital camera camcorder 3 in 1 is ? Or how it works ? I bought it still in package and carring case and a CD to download from a man who claimed he needed money for something or other . Now I have it bought and he's long gone and I'm at a total loss, I downloaded the CD it was nothing but drivers for something call dual mode cam (?). I think this may have been a real scam. Please help

It is a genuine camera see this site http://www.amazon.com/Pixel-Digital-.../dp/B000RVZAYS the Cd would be for the drivers needed to operate the camera, so all is not lost best way to find out how it works would be to read the user manual that should be with it,if not do a search with google for one ....seems its a 3 in 1 camera that acts as a digital camera,webcam and a limited camcorder .....I did manage to find out this about it below ....
