MP3 player
I have a Philips GoGear Vibe. When I setup my mp3 on my computer all was fine. Now when I try to charge player computer does not recognize it. Went to Philips site and followed their instructions, player came on for a minute and then nothing again. After wizard setup I get the message "The specified service does not exist as an installed service" Computer is a Dell Intel (R) Pewntium (R) 4 CPU 3.06 GHz 256 MB of RAM WinXP Home Edition Version 2002 Service pack 3.

Try uninstalling the software that came with it and reinstall it, see if that works, although I dont see that you would need the software to just read the player, you could also try plugging it into a different USB port. Off the top of my head I can not really think what else it could be, does it work on other computers?
