Question iTouch screen has frozen
Ok, my iTouch's(1st Generation) screen has frozen. I've had this thing for 2 years I think, soo I thought it was time to finally update the software, which cost me $18 I think. Instead of "jailbreaking" it. Soo while it was being updated I went through the apps available on the iTunes store. I purchased the NASA App, which is free. It was downloaded pretty quickly, and the iTouch was still being updated. Soo I choose to drag the new app that I just got into the iTouch, even though the iTouch was still being updated. Soo I did. Soo then it looked like the iTouch was fully updated soo I disconnected it. And I know your not suppose to disconnect the iPod while its being updated. But it was fully updated. I then turned the iTouch on, it works, but it loads and it always freezes, sometimes it freezes when there's almost nothing left to load. And every now and then I connect the iTouch to the computer, but same thing keeps happening. I feel like this is something that can easily be fixed but I obviously don't know what to do. Please I need a miracle or something. Please!
Thank you.

Restore
Restore it to the original Firmware. Then contact apple to get a refund on the refund.

http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1394 - read these two sections - about half way down the page

If iPod touch won't turn on, or if the display freezes or doesn't respond

If iPod touch continues to freeze or not respond after you reset it
