OK, then we still don't know if it is the DVD player or the television. Not sure what equipment you have, but if you can either 1) run the DVD player into another TV input that plays well, or 2) run another device into your TV input and see if the same problem occurs.

This can help determine where the problem resides.

Alright it seems to be fixed.
Played around with settings on tv too.
