Exclamation Indoor cell phone antenna?
I would like to install a Wilson cell phone antenna model # 301113
In my house and would like to put some sort of shield next to the antenna to block it from emitting radiation in my direction. Are there homemade items you can use to put something together? Do they sell shields?

In general, are cell phone antennas too strong to be used indoors? Are there specific indoor models?

The 301113 mini magnetic antenna will work best if placed on a metal cookie sheet. You will have to determine if the phone handset you are using has the proper external antenna port, as only select models from each carrier have ports.

The mini magnetic antenna has 10 feet of coax so placing the antenna this far from an operating handset will reduce the radiation to an almost non-existent level.
