No sound from speakers
I have a new computer but old "gateway" speakers I would like to use. However, the jack to the speakers is a monojack. Is there a way to convert that to a stereo jack by way of an adapter? I can not get any sound through these speakers, but I know the sound card is working, because I can get sound through a headphone.

Any suggestions?
