My laptop won't install Java. When I go to install it, it says that it's downloading the installer and then this message comes up:

to= C:\Users\Stuart\AppData\LocalLow\Sun\Java\jre.1.6.0_30\jre1.6.0_30-c-l.msi

A friend got me a game recently that needs Java to run and I'm getting frustrated trying to find a way to install it. Please help me! I have no versions of Java installed currently, or at least have been unable to locate any versions anywhere on my computer.

Try going here:

That's the offline installer, so it downloads the whole thing and then installs it when you run the program.
