I am running Windows XP on a Toshiba Satellite that is about 6 or 8 years old. How do I check for updates/upgrades to video drivers. I am having much trouble with video(s) hanging up or just stalling on many websites.

The only drivers that will work because of the screen's aspect ratio are the ones from the Toshiba site. If you try the ones from ATI, most of their features will be disabled and the screen size may be incorrect.

One obvious problem you have with videos hanging or stalling is your computer's hardware specs.
