Solved: Audio crackles when playing content from the web EDIT: Turns out the problem was Chrome itself. A simple reinstall fixed the problem. It was also a dev version of Chrome that I was using, go figure!
I'm having a frustrating problem where any audio that is played from the web crackles quite horribly.
This happens when playing audio/video on any streaming service I try. I am using Google Chrome, and it is up to date.
