Media Player 11 - Slow to load
I upgraded to WMP 11 a few months ago. It takes a solid 1/2 minute to fully load. By that I mean the window opens immediately, but the drive futzes around for another 1/2 minute doing who knows what. When it's doing that, if I click on, say, an FM radio station I want to listen to, then click the minimize button, it takes about 1/2 minute for it to start playing and minimize. In the meantime I can't work on what I was doing before I decided I wanted some music.

I unchecked the Player option to "Connect the the Internet" thinking that might have been the reason, but that does nothing. Anybody know why it is so slow compared to 10?
