A friend has sent a Mini-DVD-R disc to me, and I am unable to open, view or access the disc at all. I tried data recovery software, which said the disc was empty. It clearly is not. When trying to "explore" or open the disc, I get a "please insert disc" on the dvdrom drive, or a blank page in the dvd burner. The only thing I can think of off the top of my head is that the person who recorded it did not finalize it. Is there eanything else I can do? The video on here is school related. Others have said they cannot acces it either. Thank you for your help.

if others cannot acces it either,the problem is that your disk is empty.Ask your friend to burn it once again.
