lol...XoVision Slicker
well, i bought a pink XoVision Slicker for my sister for christmas...and she calls me today and says that its frozen....she says that it is stuck on an hourglass (like its loading) and wont do anything, she tried letting the battery die, then plugging it in to charge, but its still stuck on the hourglass screen...i guess i bought her a piece of crap...lol...anyone know a way to fix it, like reset it or something?

well im not too sure about that brand. Some of the aftermarket brands are really quite terrible.
Check for reset buttons, anything else that might reset/ reformat it did it ever work? if so did she unplug while busy? i would suggest ringing the company/store to see if u can get any support/repairs, if it is not under warranty i wouldnt bother paying for repairs if u need if you want a decent MP3 buy a reputable brand like ipod, iriver, and some Creatives
