Media Player and .mov files
Ok, so I have had amazingly good luck with getting my last 2 problems resolved here so I thought I'd give this a shot. Does anyone know where I can find the codecs for .mov files to play in WMP, or is this even possible? I am using a Kodak V series camera which takes awesome video. I can't get WMP to stop trying to open the video files when I click on them, so I have to manual click Open With QT which gets annoying after a while. I have changed the association to QT but still WMP tries to open them.

I am running Windows XP SP2 on a Toshiba Tecra A6

Thanks

For fixing problem with watching mov files I downloaded and installed QuickTime Alternative codec. You can find it on www.free-codecs.com
Also I istalled last K-Lite codec pack for all video formats.

I hope it will able to fix your problem.
